The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B or corporate sales within a consultative or SaaS environment, with strong customer-centric focus and prior outbound calling experience. They should excel in building relationships with CXOs, driving monthly revenue targets, and conducting regular funnel reviews. Strong analytical, conceptual, and consultative selling skills, combined with excellent communication and teamwork, are essential. The role requires proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), sales CRM tools, and a solid understanding of the competitive landscape. A confident, results-driven, and entrepreneurial approach, along with the ability to work independently in a high-growth environment, is key.
