Develop and execute sales strategies to boost market share and profitability, manage primary and secondary sales, implement RTM plans, appoint distributors, monitor field force, drive trade marketing initiatives, ensure channel partner satisfaction, manage the entire sales cycle, and train and develop the sales team for consistent business growth.
Experience :
Minimum 1–8 years in sales, preferably within FMCG or Or Personal Care
